Mr Oliver attends BAPRAS Cosmetic Breast Surgery advanced training

Mr Oliver attended the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAPRAS) course on cosmetic breast surgery on the 15th & 16th April 2013. Key note speakers included Dr Hall-Findlay from Canada, and Professor Hamdi from Brussels who are both specialists in breast reduction and have international reputations in this field.  Different options for breast reduction were discussed. Dr De Bruijin from the Netherlands showed his results for mastopexy using an internal supporting mesh with excellent long term results using his technique. Mr Oliver interviewed on BBC Radio Guernsey

Whilst on the island for one of his regular monthly cosmetic surgery clinics, Mr Oliver was invited to return and speak live on air by BBC Radio Guernsey.  He spoke about the provision of the cosmetic surgery service on the island now it has been in existence for over a year, in conjunction with the Centre for Modern Medicine and the Medical Specialist Group, and the excellent patient feedback that has been received.
